Uzbekistan Travel Ideas

The Silk Road, Moghuls, Alexander the Great - you'd never think that all these historic places, milestones, and personalities have influenced and actually lived in the Central Asian region and Uzbekistan in particular. You'd probably recall India, Afghanistan, Persia, but never Uzbekistan. Mind you, the first of Moghuls - Babur - was born in what now is known as Fergana Valley in contemporary Uzbekistan. The legendary Taj Mahal was built by a direct descendant of Babur who, you guessed it right, was born "in Uzbekistan". So there's a ton of history in this diverse land and most Uzbeks are very proud of it.

Well, since we started in Fergana valley, which is definitely the least exciting place to visit if you are looking for visual cues, let's take a look at who lives here now and whether a curious traveler will find something of an interest.

For starters, archaeologists will drool over the excavation in Kuva, a tiny village some 20 miles SW of Andijan (birth place of Babur, remember him?). This excavation is rather slow, it actually started some 50 years ago, but its significance is hard not to notice. Archaeologists dug out a 7-8th century Buddhist temple there! It certainly does not look close to spectacular, but the adjacent museum tells lots of interesting stories and displays a good number of ancient artifacts.

Nearby Andijan is a dusty tense city full of merchants, huge markets and the only automobile manufacturing plant in the whole of Central Asia. This was a joint project of Uzbek government and now defunct South Korean Daewoo brand. Daewoo was acquired by Chevrolet so this facility manufactures local versions of older Chevys and rebadged Daewoos. Not exciting facts at all, but we have to mention this, eh? On a positive note, Andijan has a great artisan's corner located in the middle of local market. You are definitely going there with a tour guide, so they'd know where to look.

Fergana valley is named after Fergana city. Locals proudly call it "Pearl of the East" and Wikipedia describes it as "orderly tree-shaded avenues and attractive blue-washed 19th century tsarist colonial-style houses" and that "the city has a distinctly different feel from most Uzbek cities". We totally agree and this place is a highly recommended stopover. If you are lucky, you'll see a great collection of fine art, which they rotate infrequently at the local museum. All artists presented there are local, and they are very cute followers of Russian pre- and post-WWII modern art.

On your way back to Tashkent (about 250 miles NE, 4-5 hours of crazy driving on a two lane highway, one 2000m mountain pass), which most likely be with a private driver, you will pass through Rishtan and Kokand. Rishtan is a small but very proud village. They have good reasons: their ceramics and pottery are unique and all hand-made. You can't compare this style with Delftware, but they are pretty good too. A well educated collector will definitely appreciate this. Bring a lot of cash as you would want to buy it all.

And finally we are in Tashkent, Uzbekistan's capital. This will be the last least exciting place with a weird mixture of modern steel and glass architecture and Soviet era apartment buildings. Don't go too deep in the residential areas and you might actually enjoy the capital. Restaurants and clubs are very visible, hotels are modern and inexpensive and overall vibe is quite chic.

Typically all visitors arrive in this country through Tashkent international airport and a good first impression is NOT what this airport is famous for. Absolutely disorganized lines, two-three passport control officers in tiny arrivals hall, very slow customs that seem to pick on every local who arrives back from abroad. Granted, they bring a ton of stuff with them, and customs gets very "excited" when they seen a Moscow arrival. You'd need to fill out customs papers on arrival and please keep that precious document with you until you leave the country. Make certain you declare everything valuable you bring in the country and be particularly careful about cash. Under no circumstance you'll be allowed to leave Uzbekistan with more cash than you declared on arrival. Good thing, that airport and its reality is not what Uzbekistan is about. The country has its problems, but it's a very interesting place to explore.

This story started in Fergana valley, but the typical tourist route will take you west of Tashkent first.

First stop - Samarkand. One of three true gems you'll find in this country. You can get there by train, car or a daily flight from Tashkent, but I'd recommend the first two choices. 150 miles of a neat highway will get you to Samarkand, a now heavily restored and clean city with a 2500 years of history. Please visit one of many informative travel websites to read detailed stories about Samarkand (and all other places of interest) before you arrive. Your guide will overwhelm you with facts, so it's always good to prepare in advance. Read before you go! This will help appreciate the astonishing sights and you'll be glad you can recognize the names as you follow your guide's presentation along.

Once you've visited each and every mosque, mausoleum and market in Samarkand (this might take a couple of days), your trip will likely take you to Bukhara, a surprisingly different city! You'd expect the same but you'd be wrong! Architectural marvel and the best place to experience warm hospitality of locals. By the way, a few words about the people: they are poor, especially in the rural areas, but very friendly and treat each tourist as the most welcome guest. You will easily make friends with your guide, bus or car driver, hotel staff and each and every artist you'll meet in this country.

In addition to two dozen of world class 2000 years old architectural monuments, Bukhara is famous for family run inns and bed & breakfasts. If you want a total immersion in the local culture, please stay in one of many private B&Bs/Inns. What they may be lacking in amenities (if compared to chain hotels), they make up easily with hospitality and service. Plus the food is great.

When you are done with Bukhara and still have a few days of your vacation left, never hesitate to head to Khiva - a true masterpiece of architecture, history and culture. You'd hate the road if you decide to drive, but the destination is totally worth it. Again, read about this place before you go (this website is a good example), and make sure you have your camera with you. You will be rewarded with living inside the walls of UNESCO world heritage site as one of the hotels used to be a religious school in 19th century!

The majority of tourists head back to Tashkent right after Khiva and a short flight would be a good choice. Uzbekistan has its own national airline and the airplanes are usually well maintained and comfortable.

If exotic and ancient cultures are your "thing" you'd be pleasantly surprised in Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan actually offers more than just historic monuments and 2000 years old cities. Eco-tourism is big and well supported, trekking is one of the best out there, you can even go skiing - but that's another story yet to be told.

A Brief History Of Miami International Airport

Miami International Airport, also known as MIA or Wilcox Field, is a very busy and well known international airport. It is Southern Florida's most important airport for international flights. It is the chief center for international airlines connecting Latin America, the USA and the Caribbean. More than 100 airlines ply through this airport reaching 10000 of passengers to more or less 150 countries around the world everyday.

According to the Miami International Airport history, in 1927, the management of Pan American Airways determined to shift their operational base to Miami from Key West. Accordingly 116 acres of land was bought along the North West 36th street in order to construct the airport. The construction was completed by 1928. Then it had two solid surfaced runways, two hangers and a passenger terminal. The two storied terminal building was sturdy and spacious and one of its kinds in those days. All the facilities and services for the passengers were kept in the ground floor while in the top floor was the numerous offices and a huge balcony with a brilliant sight of the airdrome.

Officially, the airport started its operation on the 15th of September, 1928. It was Capt. The first flight was piloted by Edward Musick, who flew a Sikorsky-38 to Havana passing through Key West. During its first year of action, the Pan American Field took care of 8600 commuters and 20 tons of cargo. It was renamed the Miami International Airport in 1948. After the II World War, the airport felt the need for expansion as the footfall of passengers and load of cargo was increasing each day. As a result of acquisition and annexations of further lands, the airstrip had increased its size to 2878 acres by 1951.

Miami being a famous tourist spot in America, each year more than 33.6 million tourists make avail of this airport. It has been designed with a central terminal structure with eight forecourts coming out from it. They are named as A-H and serve numerous airlines and a huge number of destinations. Every forecourt has its own assortment of bars, restaurants, shops, newsstands etc. For the convenience of the flyers, there are ample numbers of lounges, ATMs, banks, post-offices and business services scattered all over the airport.

The location of MIA is very convenient. It is situated in close proximity to the city and is barely 13 km away from the Central Business District of Miami. The airport is very well connected with the city by means of the Super Shuttle, Metro bus or taxi. The Metro bus is an economical option while the cab is considered the most convenient way of connecting with the city. The airport also offers free shuttle services to Hialeah Market Station, where from the traveler may avail the Tri-rail and travel to their desired destinations. There are also various car rental companies inside the airport renting cars to the travelers.

These days it is the second busiest airfield in the US. It is stretched out on almost 3230 acres of land and can boast of having four runways for jet aircraft. The airport hoards some exquisite piece of art from artists all over the globe, which is a real treat for the art lovers. Today, MIA has a huge contribution to the local economy by generating almost 282043 direct or indirect jobs.

Traveling can be a stressful event so knowing the airport you are flying into and from will help with any issues you may run into.

New Infrared Saunas - Taking the Sauna Experience to the Next Level

The public is coming to realize that saunas are a great choice for upgrading the home and providing a healthy and pleasurable place to relax. The costs attributable to saunas have gone down over the years, making them an extremely affordable option for homes and businesses.

Although saunas of old offered an invigorating experience, the new infrared models are much better in so many ways.

Some reasons for choosing the packaged sauna kits of this type are:

1. Less Initial Cost - At one time saunas were built exclusively for the individual, which required the talents of various trades. Most of the work was performed on site, taking longer to complete at a higher cost.

Sauna kits are manufactured in controlled conditions by skilled technicians, which leads to better unit pricing and more quality control. Packaged units are simple to put in, most times by the homeowner, reducing installation costs.

2. Cheaper to Operate - It only takes a few minutes for infrared saunas to heat up and be ready to enjoy. The standard saunas can take over half an hour to heat, requiring more energy. Additionally, infrared sauna units can be turned off as soon as the unit is not in use and they cool down quickly.

3. More Efficient - Saunas remove toxins from the body through perspiration. Before infrared units were available, a person could expect sweat to produce only about 3% toxins with 97% water. Infrared heating produces about 20% toxins and 80% water so that more toxins leave the body in a shorter length of time.

4. More Comfortable - Temperatures that produce perspiration must be high, but infrared does not need to be so extreme. This allows the experience to be more comfortable, and temperatures can be controlled much more efficiently than with other heating forms used in saunas.

5. Easy Installation and Portability - Almost anyone can install the infrared sauna and it only takes about 30 minutes. Because most of the work is performed off site, placement and connecting the power is all the preparation necessary. Moving the unit from one place to another is not that difficult either.

Comparing the new infrared saunas to the models of the past shows there is really no comparison at all. Never has there been a better to time to consider a personal sauna than today, and the choices are many. Because of the many health benefits and their affordability, the sauna should be one of the most natural choices to make for your home.

Tips For UK Caravanning Holidays

The United Kingdom and its excellent road network are an ideal destination for those planning a caravanning holiday. Campsites are easy to come by both in densely populated areas and peaceful countryside settings with no one around for miles. So hesitate no more and start planning that dream trip. Caravanning is a great, relaxing way of going on a holiday as all it requires is for you to plan a route and food stops. Your accommodation goes with you every step of the way.

General Tips

If you're visiting the UK from abroad, you can find information on the most reputable caravan and motor home rental companies online. Some will offer an airport pick-up service so you can go straight from your plane to your holiday home while others might put on a shuttle bus for you from the airport to the central pick-up point. Most companies will offer a range of caravans with space for groups of varied sizes from couples to families with kids. Be sure to consult the manual in detail before setting off so you know exactly how to deal with common situations that arise while staying in a motor home - having to fill up the water tank, empty the septic tank or top up on gas if it is equipped with a cooker.

Plan your route well in advance as some roads may not be suited to caravans and some areas may not allow you to park a caravan overnight.

Foreign visitors, remember that in the UK we drive on the left side of the road.

Areas to Visit

Popular outdoor areas in England are Cornwall in the south west with a hilly terrain and quaint villages, and the Lake District up north with mountains and many lakes. Both boast fresh air and stunning scenery, perfect for hiking and other outdoor activities. Scotland is also an ideal destination. Visit the Highlands and Islands for a particularly memorable trip. Here locals are very welcoming, the whisky tastes exquisite and the sights and sounds are simply glorious.

What to Take With You

The weather in the UK is notoriously changeable so it's best to be prepared for the worst. If you're planning to spend a lot of time outdoors, equip yourself with a waterproof jacket and trousers, as well as sturdy hiking boots. As it might get chilly overnight, make sure you have enough layers to keep you nice and toasty in your motor home.

It's natural to want the usual creature comfort of electricity so you can spend your evenings reading, listening to music or playing board games. Most motor homes will have an inbuilt power generator but if you're worried this might be insufficient or could run out at an inconvenient moment, look into generator rental to set your mind at ease.

Your caravan should also have a first aid kit, but take along some additional plasters and bandages as spending time in the great outdoors has its risks. If travelling in the summer, be sure to stock up on insect repellant too.

Four Fantastic Mountain Climbing Adventures

Mountain climbing, not something for the feint hearted but the only way to experience some of the most breathtaking views on the planet. The world is dotted with famous peaks that thousands choose to work their way up every year; this article takes a look at four of the most spectacular mountain climbs you can enjoy on an adventure travel holiday.

Kilimanjaro

This flat-topped mountain is known world wide for being Africa's highest mountain. Kilimanjaro is located on the border between Tanzania and Kenya, with Tanzania to the south and Kenya to the north, and is formed of three extinct volcanoes known as Mawenzi, Kibo and Shira. The climb to the peak, 19,340 feet above sea level, really is an exhilarating and there are a number of routes to get there. Off all the routes it's the popular Machame Route that is the most famous and easiest of the mountain trails.

Iztacc?huatl

Next up we have the Mexican mountain of Iztacc?huatl, which translates as "white woman," located 800 miles to the south of the US border. The mountain's name comes from its distinct looks, with the snowcapped peaks looking like a sleeping woman from a distance; the peaks form the head, breasts, and feet. Iztacc?huatl is the seventh tallest mountain in South America, standing at 17,159 feet and it's famous in the region for being one of the most attractive climbs in Mexico.

Everest

Mount Everest, the highest peak on the planet and famed world wide for its incredible height and challenging climbs. Although not a challenging today as it was back in 1953 when Sir Edmund Hillary and Tensing Norgay first reached the peak, the South Col route they used still claims a number of lives every year. Over 2,000 people have successfully reached the peak of this famous mountain but you don't have to reach the top to experience Everest. Everest base camp climbs are becoming an increasingly popular choice and make for a great way to experience a little of this breathtaking destination.

Mount Khuiten

The final mountain on our list is the beautiful Mount Khuiten. Many see the approach to this mountain to be a scenic experience on its own, with the rolling green Mongolian steppes, but the climb to the top doesn't disappoint either. Straddling three countries Russia, China and Mongolia, this impressive peak offers up the best of the surrounding golden steppes. The area is also famous for the hospitality of the local Kazakh nomads.

This article was written by Thom Sanders on behalf of the Adventure Company who offer a range of adventure travel experiences, including the fantastic Everest base camp.

How Social Media and Night Life Interact

With the advent of Social Media websites, such as Facebook and Twitter, users have gained the ability to express themselves on a wide range of topics. What began as making a close knit group aware of the occasional moment of frustration or jubilation has evolved into the ability to update people all over the world to every fleeting thought. While we may have a more "connected" world, in terms of the speed at which we can transmit information from one place to another, we are losing our real-world connectivity. Every person whom engages in the various uses of social media has a simple goal; to be social. How 'social" an individual is cannot be measured solely based on the amount of time they spend online talking to people. We all enjoy going out with our friends and having a good time, but sometimes the people we regularly go out with are unavailable for one reason or another. When this happens we often find ourselves pigeonholed into staying home when we would rather be out cutting loose. What is needed is a website which encourages its' users to turn online activity into real world social interaction.

There are sites that helps users by allowing them to spread information about night life to their friends. Users are afforded the tools to engage in a healthy social life from finding out about the local college parties, alerting your friends to bar specials they may enjoy, and allows bands/artist being able to send out concert dates and locations to various fans with very little effort. The focus of the site is not to keep users glued to the screen; it is to help users who wish become a part of their local night life scenes.

Anyone who attended college out of state or had to move away from their childhood environment for a new job knows how difficult it can be to investigate the night life in a new area. Whether you are a teacher going out for drinks with co-workers, a college student who does not have classes on specific days, or an average Jane/Joe looking to go out and interact with people, some special websites have something for you. The location based search features in these websites allows users to find out the local night life spots, college parties, concerts, and bar specials going on close by. No longer will users be stuck at home bored at the whims of their social groups when all they want to do is get out on a dance floor, or listen to some good music.

Gauchos: South America's Cowboys

The fierce, independent spirit of the gaucho culture can best be experienced by a visit to an estancia, or ranch. There you can see where and how gauchos live and work today, and begin to imagine what life was like for the very first gauchos in South America. If you are planning to study Spanish in Argentina, don't miss out on this!

The word gaucho means "cowboy" and actually comes from a Quecha word "huachu" meaning vagabond and/or orphan. Traditionally, these men raised cattle in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.

Historically, gauchos were loners that traveled on horseback and lived off the land. They captured and tamed wild horses. While they had wives and families, they usually didn't spend much time at home. In fact, they often didn't come home for months at a time. The gaucho's wives were called chinas, were very poor and tended to live a very hard life.

Gauchos tracked down cattle that were lost and they also protected their patrons. Sometimes they even provided military service. They also made money selling cattle hides and tallow. The gauchos could be recognized by their clothes, which included a wide hat, poncho made out of wool and baggy pants. They also wore big leather boots that were made by wrapping the leather around their legs. They tended to have few possessions aside from their horse, a sharp knife and a boleadora or lariat. Often they just slept outside under the stars, using their saddle for a pillow.

Gauchos increasingly got more respect due to the fact that they made noble strides in Argentina's military in the early 1800s. They were passionate about keeping Argentina free from Spanish rule, as they wanted to defend their own lifestyle. Due to the gauchos' dedication to fighting on behalf of Argentina, gradually they began to be looked at as far more than just low-class citizens. Unfortunately, many gauchos were killed in battle. The gauchos have earned such a prominent place in Argentinean history that there is a yearly holiday on June 16th honoring the gauchos who fought in the War of Independence.

It is interesting to note that much of today's Argentine cuisine comes from the gauchos. For example, they had to immediately cook their meat since they couldn't preserve it. This dish is called asado and still popular to this day. Gauchos also drank a great deal of yerba mate and had the ritual of making this drink a few times a day. The gauchos even have their own special dance called the Malambos. This flamenco style dance is performed by the gauchos and was inspired by the rhythm of horse hooves.

Eventually ranches wanted the gauchos for regular employment so they became less nomadic. Their work included taking care of sheep, helping repair fences and rounding up cattle.

Gauchos still work on ranches in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil to this day. When you study Spanish in Argentina, you can meet gauchos and learn more about their lifestyle. You will find that their enduring, larger than life persona is integral to the history of Argentina.

Ecela's Spanish school in Argentina includes cultural backgrounds such as the above as you learn Spanish in Buenos Aires.

A Guide for Women Backpackers in India

India remains one of the last frontiers for most travelers especially for women backpackers. Though there has been a lot of development in the last two decades, the country remains an enigma with the unexpected right down the bend.

If you are planning a backpacking holiday in India, keep in mind certain things, which are likely to be a pain, and take steps to avoid these. You should travel during the cooler months. However, the rack rates in hotels will be higher during this period, as it is the tourist season. But there are other options which you could explore, such as the guest houses and home-stays

It is also advisable that you choose a shorter route and preferably in the southern states or Goa. These states are relatively safer than the northern states. The Golden Triangle or the Delhi-Agra-Jaipur route could be very stressful for any first timer, not just a woman.

Train travel in India is a chapter by itself. You can travel the length and breadth of India by train, provided you have the time. The Indian Railway has a fairly effective website where tickets can be booked in advance. The sleeper class is the cheapest and can be quite an adventure. But if it is your first visit, you will be overwhelmed by the jostling crowds, the sounds and the smells. So it's advisable to pay more and upgrade your train travel to the air-conditioned coach.

While traveling by train, carry your drinking water with you. It is also advisable to carry sandwiches and fruits. You should not accept any food or water from any of your traveling companions. There have been cases of travelers being sedated after they ate the biscuits or other eatables, given to them by their co-passenger, while these biscuit brigands (as the newspapers called them) make off with their things.

You can, also, go by road as there are efficient and comfortable bus services between major cities and towns. There are special seats designated for women on the bus. So, if you are travelling alone make sure you ask for the ladies' seat. If any of your co-passengers try to grope or touch, you have to alert bus conductor. Don't feel bad about it; Indian women are quite militant about this. Even if this fellow is not thrown off the bus, the conductor will ensure that he is seated elsewhere in the bus.

There are other modes of transport that you could opt for when traveling in India. Many private domestic air carriers, besides the government-owned Air India, offer attractive low-cost fares to various Indian destinations but they need to be purchased well in advance. The closer you get to your departure dates, the higher the fare goes. Again, make sure to re-check the schedule of the flight as, these carriers may tend to cancel the flight, often at short notice.

At all airports and rail and bus termini, you will find pre-paid travel counters for taxis and autos (three- wheeler taxis). Preferably, use the pre-paid travel facility as these are fixed fares and controlled by the authorities. You will have less chances of being short-changed by the driver. Note down the vehicle registration number that is displayed on the vehicle, as a matter of precaution, if you encounter any unfortunate circumstances later.

When you are backpacking in India, pit stops can become a real hassle. The public toilets are pathetic and you should never use them. In the cities and towns try to use the toilets in the restaurants. In the rural areas find a convenient bush. While travelling on an overnight bus, make sure you stick with the other women travelers. On some routes the bathrooms are quite hygienic but in some others, it is very revolting.

Women backpacking in India should also be careful about their dress. Avoid tight-fitting, transparent clothes. Carry a scarf with you at all times, it prove to be very handy.

A Fun and Relaxing Way to Tour Europe: Train Holidays

Travelling by rail has many advantages, as any experienced train traveller will tell you. For example, when travelling through Europe, train holidays offer both luxury and convenience, combining the service and accommodations of a world-class hotel, while safely and speedily getting you to your intended destination.

You won't get tired muscles or cramps from tiny seats or being forced to stay immobile for hours at a time, or have to suffer through crowded (and sometimes very confusing) airports or bus terminals, and you won't need to rush from one terminal to the next to make your connecting flights. There's plenty of room to stretch on modern railway cars, from large private travel cars (although you may not want to leave your comfortable armchair or your cosy sleeping compartment), to the lounge, where you're encouraged to relax and mingle with other passengers. If you get hungry, just wander down to the dining car, which offers wonderful, fresh cuisine to rival the best in the world. Best of all, you don't have to suffer from jet lag or skip over all the interesting sites that lie between your initial location and your destination. If you're planning to visit as many sites and attractions as possible when travelling through Europe, train holidays are the perfect answer.

Below is a list of famous cities and attractions that can be reached by railway in Europe. Train holidays are definitely the more fun and exciting way to see more of the sights with less stress.

Istanbul

Istanbul, the largest city in Turkey, is a great start to your railway adventure in Europe. Train holidays can be taken from Istanbul, through Bulgaria or Romania to Budapest, and even journeys can take you further up to Poland and beyond. Istanbul is the country's second largest gateway, and there is plenty to see and do. Check out its amazing architecture, such as the Sunken Palace, an eerie cavern held up below ground by 336 columns. It was built by Constantinople the Great around 532 AD. For shopping buffs, Istanbul has many great shopping centres, including Akmerkez, which was opened in 1993 and has been named both the ICSC's 'Europe's Best' and 'World's Best' awards, and Cevahir Mall, which is the largest mall in Europe. You may also want to visit the Kapali Carsi, or the Grand Bazaar, which is the oldest and largest covered bazaar in the world. It is as equally fascinating for its unique architecture as for the wonderful things being sold there.

Sofia

Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, is also its largest city and one of the most visited tourist destinations in the country. While there, consider visiting the site of the old (now closed) public mineral baths. You can also check out Boyana Church, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the 10th century, that features exquisite Eastern European medieval frescoes, and many other historical sites. Be sure to try the local cuisine, including Shopska salad, a local favourite made from tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, and Bulgarian feta, as well as their world-famous yogurt!

Budapest

Budapest, the capital city of Hungary, is another great stop on your journey. Budapest features great museums, such as the Museum of Fine Arts and the Historical Museum of Budapest. There is even a wine museum of sorts, the House of Hungarian Wines, displaying over 700 wines from 22 different regions, which guests can sample. Animal lovers should not miss the Budapest Zoo, which serves as a haven for endangered animals, or Budapest City Circus, with its exciting and impressive animal performers.

Gulf Fishing Makes for a Great Day at Sea

When most of us think of going fishing, we tend to picture a creek or a pond or fairly lazy, small river with a father and son sitting on a fallen log. Oddly, the vision is in black and white. The father and son bear a striking resemblance to Andy Griffith and Ron Howard. The scene evokes a kind of nostalgia for days gone by, even if you have never spent a day in the woods in your life.

The truth is, a great many people fish that way every weekend. There are families, girls and women included, who have their own traditions and favorite spots to drop a line. Some have camps near a lake or a bayou. Some go miles and miles from home to visit a well-loved spot once a year.

Whether or not you have ever spent an afternoon or, more accurately, very early morning hoping to catch dinner, you may only think of a freshwater feast at the end of a successful day. You may not ever have considered taking a boat out into open water in search of seafood that prefers saltwater to fresh.

The Gulf of Mexico is a rich source of seafood for the entire United States of America. The Gulf Coast supports multi-generational, family owned fishing businesses. It also offers spectacular opportunities for non-professional fishermen to spend a day at sea. Boat rentals and guides are available throughout coastal Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.

Forget Moby Dick and Captain Ahab's elusive white whale. Forget Jaws and its impressive mechanical shark. A day on the gulf, relaxing on a boat, watching the gentle swell of the waves, and sipping on a cold drink is a great way to let the world and its stresses to float away.

Once a swimmer tries to sneak off with the bait at the end of your line, however, your get your adrenaline rush and exercise for the day. Depending on the size of the potential catch, you could be in for quite a workout. Brace yourself, take the advice of people who know more than you do about hauling in a big one, and enjoy the challenge. The harder you work for it, the more satisfying it will be. You might even get an epic battle of a fishing tale to tell.

Whether you cook your catch up for dinner, catch and release, or sell your surprise catch of bluefin tuna for an impressive sum, you will never forget the sense of triumph that comes when that fish first flashes in the sunlight as you haul it out of the water. It is not a bad way to spend a day. In fact, you might just find yourself looking forward to it again next year. It could be the start of a new tradition.

Florida fishing is legendary for a reason. Get started on a great adventure at http://www.floridabeachestorivers.com/.

Visiting a Contract Manufacturer in China: First Time Visitors' Impressions

I have the opportunity and privilege of bringing customers to China almost every trip I make. Many of these visitors are making their first trip to China or if they have visited previously they might only have seen a factory and a hotel. They come expecting a quick 2-4 day visit to my factory to inspect plastic tooling, silicone tooling, or a complete turn-key assembly that is being prepared for sale to Amazon.com. However, they often come away with much, much, more... Most visitors view the travel as a burden of work and an extended leave from family and friends. While we always work hard during these visits, I also consider it my obligation to reveal to every visitor I host a glimpse of the people, the history, the food and the culture that makes this a great place to visit (and even live).

Here are some of the impressions that visitors have shared with me over the years;

The People

The Chinese people you encounter at hotels, restaurants and tourist areas will be extremely gracious and friendly. They are proud of their country and want to make sure that visitors have a good time and are treated well when visiting. Outside of these areas, you might get some looks and stares, it is not uncommon for someone to walk right up to a really tall Westerner and just stare at them. While most people in the larger cities speak some English, they are generally reluctant to speak since they do not want to embarrass themselves.

The History

Unfortunately, the area around Shenzhen where my factory is located does not have a lot of history remaining. The area was actually mostly mountainous jungle and barren prior to the 1980's when it opened up to development and industrialization. However, there are some excellent museums and sites to visit. I always try to encourage customers (especially those visiting 1 time only) to make a stop in Beijing to see some of the amazing sites there including the Great Wall and the Forbidden City.

The Food

There is no food in any American Chinese restaurant that compares to the food in China. Visitors expecting and Orange Chicken dish or Egg Roll will not be happy! Perhaps, some of the restaurants in Chicago's China-Town offer similar fair, but it is not the same. What are some of the differences? Of course, the ingredients in China are sometimes very unique and difficult (if not impossible) to find in the USA. Some of the favorites for visitors include unique green leaf vegetables, variations of fresh tofu, large whole fish (with names that can't be translated even) and a variety of mushrooms that explode with flavor! Also, the mid-grade restaurants in China are able to put in a tremendous amount of labor and effort to perfect the presentation since the labor costs are lower. Finally, the Chinese consider some parts of animals to be delicacies that the Western restaurants would throw away. If given the proper treatment, cooking and attention, you might be surprised how good stomach, brain, heart and even small insects can taste!

The Culture

It is hard to get a thorough impression of the Chinese culture in a 3-4 day visit (actually impossible!). However, when I take visitors away from the tourist traps and theme parks and we get out in the country to go horseback riding or visiting a small village, they are amazed at the relaxed lifestyle and family focused nature. While outside the large cities, you might see a small hut (smaller than a 2 car garage) that is host to 3 generations of family supporting themselves off of a small plot of land growing strawberries that they sell on the roadside.

I welcome everyone to visit China. I have one customer that visited China, fell in love with the country, extend his stay, and now he lives there with his wife (that he met while visiting the factory)!

4 Famous Buildings of London

London is a city with a long and fascinating history. But instead of just reading the books, you should arrange a trip to see it for yourself. A study tour is an ideal way to experience London, and if you are interested in architecture then you should try to visit one of the following buildings to discover the history of the city through the centuries.

1. St Paul's Cathedral

Built in the 17th century, by Sir Christopher Wren, St Paul's Cathedral is one of the main symbols of London and one of the most recognisable buildings in the UK. The foundation stone was laid in 1675, and since its completion the cathedral has stood tall over London and given hope to the people - especially during World War II, which it remarkably survived intact.

A cathedral was previously located in the place where it was built, but this was destroyed in the Great Fire of London. When visiting on a study tour, students should try to climb up to the Golden Gallery to enjoy a great view over London. Another highlight is the Whispering Gallery at the base of the dome, where you can whisper against one surface and someone else can hear what you are saying on the other side.

2. The Tower of London

The Tower of London is one of the most famous buildings in London's history. It was built by William the Conquerer following his successful invasion, and has been used as a prison, fortress, Royal Mint and, most infamously, as a place of executions. See the famous Beefeaters, explore the White Tower which was used for executions, including that of Anne Boleyn, and of course don't miss taking a peek at the Crown Jewels. Also make sure you don't miss the famous ravens - legend has it that if they ever leave the Tower disaster will befall the nation. All it all, it is a fantastic attraction to visit on a study tour to London.

3. Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace is the official home of the Queen, and has been the official residence of the ruling monarch since Queen Victoria moved into it in 1837. When the Queen is present, the Royal Standard flies high over the top of the palace, so keep a look out for it. Also, try to catch the Changing of the Guard, which is one of the most famous rituals carried out in London.

4. Westminster Abbey

Westminster Abbey was the building in which William the Conquerer was crowned king, and it has been used for coronations ever since. It is a beautiful building in itself, and it is well worth taking a tour of the interior during a study tour to London. Inside you will find the burial places of some of Britain's most famous citizens, including Charles Dickens, Sir Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin - amongst others. One of the most poignant features is the grave of the Unknown Warrior - a British soldier whose identity remains a mystery - who was buried here in 1920.

Simon Prendergast works for FHT, a company specialising in flexible and inspiring study tour options across a wide range of subjects. FHT's study tours benefit from over 40 years of experience arranging accommodation, educational itineraries, and everything leaders need to plan a successful trip.

Mauritius and Seychelles Sign "Blue" Treaty

In what's being hailed around the world as an agreement of historic proportions, officials from Mauritius and Seychelles recently signed a treaty binding the two Indian Ocean nations together in managing the continental shelf in their region. The agreement, which was signed during a March 12 ceremony, means the two nations will now work together to manage an area of the sea floor equivalent to just under 400,000 km2. What makes the agreement so significant is the fact that it is the first of its kind to be reached between the two countries without the need for arbitration or some other sort of assistance.

Present at the signing ceremony were Mauritian Prime Minister Navinchandra Ramgoolam and a Seychelles president James Michel. Both commented on the need for the two countries to faithfully manage the "blue economy" in order to conserve natural resources, protect the ocean's wildlife, and properly develop the tourist economies of both countries without causing any adverse harm. They believe the joint effort will also be good culturally and socially, as the peoples of their two nations are bound together with a common goal.

In a related side note, Mauritian officials praised Seychelles for her political and social reforms aimed at encouraging Seychellois to take personal responsibility for their country. The Seychelles government has been working hard over the last 8 to 10 months to encourage private enterprise, private nature conservation, and so on. Mauritius hopes to adopt similar policies in the near future as a means of reaping the same benefits now being seen in Seychelles.

Despite the expressions of mutual admiration however, the two countries continue to be fierce competitors for tourism revenues. All inclusive Mauritius holidays have been the leader of the pack in region for a long time; a fact of life is not likely to change any time soon. Mauritius has not only beautiful natural resources like crystal clear waters, beautiful tropical gardens, and plenty of white sand, but she also has the strongest economy, best infrastructure, and most stable political environment. All of these things combine to help boost tourism.

Mauritius is a haven for both families and couples. Families come for their annual holidays to enjoy things like water skiing, deep sea fishing, biking and hiking, and so on. Couples love Mauritius because of the great beach weddings and honeymoon packages available from most of the luxury five star resorts. And recently resorts have been courting all types of travellers by promoting golf on the island. Mauritius has no fewer than eight championship level courses providing instruction and play in one of the most naturally stunning environments in the world.

All eyes will be on Mauritius and Seychelles in the coming years to see how their new treaty benefits them both. At the very least it should mean more care is paid to the blue economy which will end up befitting the entire area.

Mauritius Holidays direct, the UK-based holiday company specialises in all inclusive Mauritius holidays for both families and couples.

What Type Of Walking Tours Are Right For You?

When you love to travel, you do so because life just isn't complete without learning and exploring the world as you alternate between activity and relaxation. One of the best ways to explore a new vacation destination is through a variety of walking tours. Even though you can plan your walking tours and excursions online, you may not get everything you want or expect when you do. A travel company that offers you a walking tour has already invested time into researching and can offer you more affordable options, especially when group rates are involved. Being able to choose the walking tours you want means you can pick the trips you enjoy instead of waiting on choosing the trips you get to take:

• Active & Adventurous. Don't be fooled-- just because the word "walking" appears in the tour title doesn't mean it's missing the levels of activity and adventurism you crave. Tours through rougher terrain can involve some hiking and climbing, and can provide opportunities to explore areas of nature that take a bit more work to get to. Tours of this nature typically inform potential participants what type of gear is needed, if the gear is available for rent and what fitness level the participant should be.

• Explore & Learn. Taking advantage of tour guides who have had the time to learn about unique areas about the places they're going to take you to is especially important. Although you can learn about most everything on the internet, your tour guide will provide you with relevant information about the places and things you see on your tour while you're standing at the site. You'll be able to ask your guide about specific things which you simply can't do when you do an internet search.

• Combination Tour. A combination tour provides you with the opportunity to walk around at the different stops on your tour, then take a bus or other mode of transportation to the next stop. This is a tour type that's ideal for someone who isn't very active and doesn't want to spend the whole day walking around.

Travel companies that specialize in walking tours often have access to places that you wouldn't be able to visit alone. Take advantage of these possibilities the next time you're planning your vacation so you can get a lot more out of the time you spend there. When you book these types of tours, you'll find it streamlines your vacation plans and leaves you more than enough time to relax and refresh your life.

Casey Horton enjoys nature vacations and recommends Country Walkers Tours to her friends and family. IGTOA is a great resource for Galapagos travel agencies like Country Walkers and and Sobek Travel.

Nature Based Adventure Holidays in Croatia

Adventure holidays in Croatia are fast becoming one of the most popular choices for short-haul trips for travellers looking for a quick getaway with lots of action. In fact, so much has been said about the ocean here - the turquoise Adriatic - that the location plays host to large numbers of happy visitors in the summer. And why not? Hundreds of activities are on offer, including: diving, kayaking, boating, sailing, rafting and more.

For those who prefer to have their adventure holidays in Croatia on land, the amazing mountain ranges and national parks offer a very different kind of break. Hiking, climbing, cycling and losing yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of nature can be an exhilarating experience in this spectacular country.

Plitvicka Jezera National Park

One of the most popular destinations for nature lovers on adventure holidays in Croatia, this exquisite destination, with its amazing lakes and waterfalls, is arguably the premier park in a country with eight national parks and ten nature parks. The Big Waterfall, also known as the Veliki Slap, is a remarkable work of natural art. Climb the stairs to the top and experience the breathtaking effect of the rushing, tumbling waters. Right below it are a pool of lakes, as well as Sastavci - a waterfall fan that continues the spectacle, culminating in some amazingly-coloured waters. To those who are looking for interesting terrain to hike or bike, Mljet presents an easy adventure trail; while to those who are looking for a bit of respite from hectic sightseeing, this can be quite a peaceful stopover. Mysterious caverns surrounded by lush forests, a crystalline lake with myriad shades of blue, rich flora and fauna, and said to be the place where Odysseus spent seven years with the nymph Calypso - this is truly a magical place.

Hvar
The island of Hvar, said to have more sunshine than any other island in the country, is the longest of Croatia's thousand islands. With Stari Grad Plain considered to be the best-preserved ancient landscape, the grape and olive-rich terrain offers a peek into how it was in olden times - with hardly anything having changed except, of course, for the modern conveniences. A short ferry trip from Split will deliver you to this fascinating island so you can enjoy its lush plains, amazing view of the ocean and ancient, history-laden stone walls.

Cuba Vacations - The Best Diving and Snorkeling

Scuba Diving and Snorkeling in the Caribbean is often associated with such locations as the Blue Hole in Belize, Sting Ray City in Grand Cayman, Santa Rosa Wall in Cozumel and Wreck Diving off the coast of Aruba. While these are among the most sought after spots in the Caribbean, there is another Island in the Caribbean that, although not usually associated with the best Dive and Snorkel sites in the world, can hold its own even to some of the most demanding underwater enthusiasts.

While mostly known for the pristine beaches, beautiful architecture and rich culture, Cuba is home to over 500 Diving and 360 Snorkeling sites within the Cuban Archipelago, many of which have been declared National Parks or protected areas. Preservation of Cuba's natural ecosystem on both land and water are taken very seriously to ensure that the warm clear waters and thriving biodiversity remain vibrant and healthy. The Main Island and Cayos of Cuba have an exceptional diversity of marine life and offer a variety of opportunities from reef exploration, walls, narrow channels and wrecks. Conditions surrounding the island are consistently ideal with clear warm waters and no strong currents.

Jacques Cousteau once proclaimed that he saw more fish on Cuban reefs than anywhere else in the world. You don't just have to be a seasoned diver though; excellent snorkeling is available throughout the island from just meters offshore to full day excursions among the reefs and wrecks. Five of the best places in Cuba to dive are:

Bay of Pigs is known for its underwater caves and sudden ocean walls and features lots of gorgonians, sponges and corals. A thriving marine life will satisfy Snorkelers and Divers alike as most of the diving is done from the shore.

Maria la Gorda is a biosphere reserve on the westernmost part of Cuba. Although quite remote, it is very rewarding for both Divers and Snorkelers as the seabed is among the top places in the Caribbean and contain an abundance of marine flora and fauna.

Holguin on the north coast is home to countless schools of underwater species and superb coral reefs. Numerous dive centers offer excursions at very reasonable rates.

The Cayos also on the north coast comprise of inlets and Cays including Cayo Coco, Cayo Santa Maria, and Cayo Guillermo. With 20 miles of Coral reefs and perfect visibility, you'll encounter turtles, moray, lionfish and dolphins among the thriving underwater world. Divers will experience incredible walls and impressive coral formations.

Santiago de Cuba on the southern coast has wrecks, vibrant flora and fauna, and fantastic underwater topography.

All of these locations in Cuba have accommodation ranging from All-Inclusive resorts to more modest hotels. Many of the resorts include snorkeling as part of their All-Inclusive package and also offer day excursions to more remote locations at very affordable rates.

With a safety record that is tops in the world and extreme high regard to diver safety. By never having more than 5 divers per dive master and always having a highly qualified doctor manning their 10 recompression chambers means Cuba is not only one of the most spectacular places to dive but also one of the safest.

The incredible beaches of Cuba are incredible not only on the land but under the water as well. Don't Miss These Top Museums in Geneva

As the second largest city in Switzerland, and the largest of the French speaking side, Geneva is an excellent place to visit. It has a long and interesting history of being one of the most important cities in world affairs. Not only is the city home to many departments of the European Union, but also the International Red Cross. Geneva has a long and deep background in international culture and art, as well, with several museums and galleries that are excellent ways to spend an afternoon. An extremely accessible city, when you land in Geneva, airport taxi transfers are right on hand. While you are there, be sure to visit the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the Musée Ariana, and the Art and History Museum.

Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art - Located at Rue Des Vieux-Grenadiers 10, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMCO) was opened in 1994 in a former factory building. The MAMCO has a range of art from the mid 1960s onwards and includes paintings, photography and sculpture, and special exhibitions, among others. It is one of the most well known museums in the city and is worth taking the time to visit. A short ride from Geneva airport, taxi drivers can easily take you right from the terminal to the MAMCO if you are pushed for time and want to see one of the special exhibits.

The Musée Ariana - Located on the grounds adjoining the United Nations, at Ave de la Paix 10, within easy driving distance for a Geneva airport taxi driver, is the Musée Ariana. Also known as the Swiss Museum of Ceramics and Glass, it was built in a neo-Baroque style between the years of 1877 and 1884 to house the private collections of Swiss collector Gustave Revilliod, and was named after his mother, Ariane de la Rive. The museum contains over 20,000 works of ceramics and glass that date back to the 1300s and is the only museum of its kind in Switzerland.

The Art and History Museum - If you are ready to get your exploration going, when you land at Geneva airport taxi drivers will be happy to take you to your hotel and wait to then drop you off for a look around the Art and History Museum, located at Rue Ch.-Galland 2. As the largest in the city, you need to give yourself plenty of time to take in the collections of this 'encyclopaedic museum.' Built between 1903 and 1910, it has three sections that represent a collection that covers the whole of Western culture - from its ancient history to its present days. It is broken into three sections: Archaeology, Fine Arts (including works by Houdon and Rodin), and Applied Arts, which showcases objects from the Middle Ages through to the 20th century.

Burmese Days

A Holiday in Burma

I'm in Katha where George Orwell set Burmese Days. It's a bustling town, backed by distant mountains, on a bluff above the murky Irrawaddy where, days earlier, I'd glimpsed the rolling antics of a grey river dolphin. Crimson flame trees border dusty, furrowed roads, tall palms dance in the breeze and dragonflies skim overhead under a cerulean sky. A bevy of raven-haired beauties sashays by wearing colourful tameins (wrap-around skirts) and balancing heavy loads on their heads, their cheeks smeared with ornate patches of thanaka- a white paste ground from the bark of thanaka trees and applied as a cosmetic cum sun- block cream. I clamber into a rickety blue-painted wooden cart drawn by a plump horse and the beaming driver, clad in a brown and red checked lunghi (sarong), leaps into his seat, hitches up the ragged canvas hood and, as trishaws weave round, we swing past a quartet of elderly women puffing on fat cheroots, slumbering pi-dogs and tonsured, saffron-robed monks.

There's the lively chatter of women in the sprawling bazaar selling everything from gourds to jade, dried fish, herbal remedies, astrological charms (Saturday born, you're a dragon) and tamarind lozenges. The percussive clang of a blacksmith in a back alley; the hot sparks of a soldering iron in a rice- thresher repair yard. Atrophied rubber tyres are reincarnated into voluptuous black urns. Two men with betel stained teeth crouch over a chess board; motorbikes scorch by. A biker halts to refuel, plucks a bottle, one of several brimming with petrol, from a pavement table and tucks this Molotov cocktail into a jute bag.

I've reached the single tennis court standing behind a white fence. It's deserted. Ahead, a rutted, tree- lined path leads to the tin roofed Club of the novel. Now an office, it's sadly dilapidated. From the verandah where the punkah-wallah would have squatted, I peer through a cracked window into what would have been the bar. Is that shadowy figure Flory slumped in a chair? Sidestepping a pink sow and her litter of curly-tailed piglets, I navigate a jungly compound to Orwell's reputed house, its handsome colonial-style proportions ravaged by the elements and termites.

The mesmerising strains of a Burmese ballad beckon from a thatched roof tea shop. I perch on a low, ochre- painted wooden stool and tea arrives - sweetened with condensed milk and strong. I nibble a pineapple dumpling, watch a thin green snake wriggle away as butterflies flutter around and contemplate the Tropic of Cancer to whose satisfying coordinates a pilgrimage was made some days ago. Pegged to a washing line are watercolours of rural life rendered with skill and delicacy and here's an Impressionist, dipping a thin brush into coloured enamel and rounding off a drawing by several swift strokes with a razor blade. The sun bows out spectacularly and, as temple bells ring, as the spirit medium departs her shrine and a pungent smell of roasting ginger wafts across, the night market springs to life.

Pamplona Thrills and Spills

Every summer for nine days the normally quiet town of Pamplona is bursting at the seams with teaming, excited crowds from every nation. The buzz running through is like a physical presence, you can literally see, hear and feel the adrenalin surging through day and night, when young and old converge on the town to run with the bulls or to watch the brave and the crazy hurl themselves through the streets midst the horns and hooves of the racing bulls.

While part of me understands the thrill seeking madness, my nagging conscience keeps asking why and how they allow such a cruel and dangerous public festival at all, let alone attract such huge international crowds and publicity. Saying that, I do find myself guiltily watching the news clips every year to see who has been gored or trampled. As an ex-pat living in Spain, I was initially shocked at the stomach churning footage shown on Spanish television; in the UK censoring is so much stricter. But ten years down the line, I find myself glued to the news, watching re-run after re-run of confused bulls trampling and goring anything in their way and vivid close-ups of limp bleeding bodies.

Although this massive television coverage implies non-stop action, the run through the streets is only 800 metres and lasts just minutes. It takes place early in the morning before the stifling summer heat of the day, with crowds starting to gather at first light and the running starting at 8am. The race ends in the bull ring, with locals and tourists darting daringly around the arena with the young bulls, adrenalin still blazing through their bodies. Older, stronger and more savvy bulls are saved for combat with the matador later in the day.

The bullfights take place every evening during this festival of San Fermin. Tickets are hard to come by, beware of street sellers with fake tickets. Pamplona has the second largest bullfighting ring in Spain, with capacity for 20,000, filled to overflowing during the festivities.

With the bullfighting over, the surviving bulls are tucked away to fight another day, the crowds continue to surge around; bars, squares and streets are full day and night; spontaneous friendships erupting all around, as the bonding buzzing energy flows through the town.

If you plan to join the thrills and spills of running with the bulls in Pamplona, book ahead. Accommodation can be hard to find hotels are brimming, locals move in with parents and grandparents to rent out every bed and sofa in their own homes, and backpackers crash out in the parks. Be very careful with bags and wallets, keep everything as close to you as possible, bags hanging in front and ideally flat 'bum bags' for passport and money worn under your clothes.

For international travel to Pamplona, the nearest airport is Vitoria (VIT) an hour drive away. Other Spain airports, Madrid and Barcelona have internal flights directly to the smaller airport in Pamplona. Car hire in Spain is available at all airports, public transport can get very busy during the time of the festival and booking ahead is essential.

Why Every Car Should Carry an Alcohol Breathalyzer

Carrying a French NF approved breathalyzer will become a legal requirement when travelling by car through France.

France is the first country to introduce a law that requires every car to carry a breathalyzer. Whether you live in France or whether you travel through France to go on holiday, you will need to carry one by law. If caught, you will get fined €11 which is not a lot of money, but a nuisance if you have to deal with the police.

In France every year 4000 people die in a car accident, a third of those as a result of alcohol. These drastic measures are a sign that the French Government wants to stamp out a culture of drink driving and wants to reduce deaths by road accidents to fewer than 3000. In the UK one of six of all road deaths are caused through drink driving. Although in 2011 road deaths in the UK were at a record low, we should aim to drop numbers even more.

France has already reduced the legal blood alcohol content limit to 0.05 which is high compared to other countries such as Sweden and Norway where it is 0.02. In the UK the BAC - blood alcohol content - is with 0.08 even higher.

The idea of the breathalyzer law is to educate people how little it takes to pass the legal limit. You cannot simply calculate the number of drinks you had. All this depends on your body weight, body fat whether you had something to eat and the individual ability to digest alcohol. Of course it does not help to carry the breathalyzer with you; you have to actually use it when you had a drink.

If this law makes a difference, it will be interesting to see whether other countries follow. Although not a legal requirement in the UK or in other countries, the new law in France should make us think and consider carrying a breathalyzer anyway. How easy is it to believe that one is within the legal limit and then something happens and you cannot turn back the clock. It is not just a case of being banned from driving and having a criminal record, consequences could be far worse. Is it really worth the risk?

There are two types of breathalyzer. The disposable one is very good if you need one on the one-off occasion, like travelling to France. The digital breathalyzer is more expensive but long-term more cost-effective if used on a regular basis. It is very important to find a breathalyzer that is French NF approved or it will be of no use if travelling through France.

Visit imypages.com to view a French FN approved alcohol breathalyzer.
